I was but I was lucky enough to have an adjustable one so I can just replace the bracket instead of the whole thing. Very good thing for me. 500$ or 40$, I would take the latter any day...

Finally!!!! it is my damn torque arm bushings thats bad, I am so relieved to finally know what the problem was!! THANK YOU everyone for your help, it was very usefull in determining what the problem was!!

I would have NEVER thought about the bushing, mine is crossmember mounted so that is something I dont have to deal with

yup, mine is still mounted to the tranny, i have a poly one now!!
