Thanks I'll add that stuff to my list,
I had some people suggest cracked transmission mounts and maybe a cracked flywheel, judging from my video and the info I've provided do either of those sound legit,

Also has anyone here ever even heard a sound like that before?

What's your oil pressure look like when it's idling? How about when you're driving? What does the oil pressure gauge indicate when you're in park with the engine idling once the car gets up to operating temp?

did you find any metal shavings or anything in the oil pan? I would check to make sure nothing is loose while your down there. Doesn't hurt to look for a worn bearing.

Can't tell anything from the pictures..

Reach up in there with your fingers and give the rod caps a wiggle.

If any one of them move around easier than the others you have a spun rod bearing.

    ok here goes
ive got a sound a code and loss of power and it shakes all through the pedal and shifter.
sound is like a rattle/knock this is in idle and speeds up with rpm
    code is p0300
    what i have done,
put 93 in it ( i ran 87 for a month or so bc of $)
pulled valve covers, springs, and everything there looks ok to me,
pulled plugs, 2 of them were extremely more worn than the others, i cant remember now which cylinders they were but i know they fire right after each other in the sequence,
so i replaced the plugs, and finnaly put my long tubes on that have been sitting in the garage for a year,
anyway started car up after everything was put back together and the sound is still there, drove it arround the block and noticed the lack of power,
so that is what i have done, please if some of you ls1 gods out there got something i can do, or if you know a thread that can point me in the right direction please let me know thanks in advance

This is what makes me think it's the flex plate, or T-converter.

Idles too good for it to be anything else imho..

Pull the plugs and check if one is wet. Get a mechanics stethoscope and try to isolate the sound. I had a similar noise that turned out to be a bad cam that then chewed up the the lifetr rollers.

Seeing as you just got the headers installed have you re-checked the header bolts? sometimes they can back out of the hole a little and cause a leak, Also depending on the brand/type of gasket used you may have a leak at one of the gasket contact points?....
