Try this erick, bought a "new" predator and it was vin locked to someone else's car. Spent a month getting that across to who I bought it from. Finally got him to get an RMA from diablosport so I sent it in a few weeks ago and nothing back yet. I called today and they updated it, custom tuned it for me, and SENT IT TO HIM INSTEAD OF ME. Paid January 16th, still no programmer
