took off the air pump and waiting for my computer to get back from frost and waxed it up waiting for warm weather tired of the driving the vw

changed a tie rod end, finished sanding the brake calipers for painting, replaced a broken wheel post, and bought new rear brakes. and mentally washed the car.

Stock wheels on a 02 SS are 17X9 right? What's the widest M/T DR I can put on it without fender/wheel-well interference? I have an adjustable PHB, but I don't have adj LCA's. Looking to upgrade my Nitto 555r DRs probably come may if traction for me becomes an issue on the street. Which means, they'll be for sale. They are like new.

installed my dmh cutout. put the switch in the cig lighter port.
installed the pac swi for my steering wheel controls
and installed my cvr speaker along with a kicker 10zx400.1 amp.

washed and waxed.

all of that was yesterday.

ordered a set of strano spring and phb but still waiting on my computer from frost .20 more days till the carshows start and still got a lot of shining to go

once you get them installed you might want to add some lca relocation brackets.

started painting the calipers, then ran out of paint. restored the headlights, and decided when im done it needs a bath. called the body shop to schedule a day to get my hood painted.

yea 275 is the widest you can safely go on the car. you could have the wheels widened to maintain the stock look or just buy a set of zr1 17x9 and 17x11s

Need to keep the stock LE wheels on it. I might look into getting a second set for the rear and having them widened when money permits. I don't want to buy tires twice though so it might be awhile.

yea i kinda figured you were hoping to keep the LE look. if you buy some sticky tires you should be able to hook decently with that power. my buddy has 490 to the wheels all motor and ran stock 17x9 zr1s and hooked up decently with his 275/40/17 street tires.

I have a hard time hooking with my Nitto Drag Radials putting down 330/342. I am sure I'll be blowing the tires off the wheels with 550+ at the wheels.
