What did you do with your Trans Am today?

tore out the 3 week old UMI torque arm and put in the stocker, rides so much better now no banging and clunking

Did you hammer out the tunnel? The bracket that attaches to the rear bangs on the tunnel if you don't take a rubber mallet to it.

mallet, hammer, bar. bent beat and banged. makes the car sound and drive like a tank. sad, time to throw away a brand new expensive suspension piece. I understand that when you go to improve the suspension you will have to sacrifice some comfort, this was definitely not worth the trade off for me, considering it'd a DD not a race car.

UMI 1982 - 2002 GM F-Body Transmission Mounted Adjustable Torque Arm & UMI 1998 - 2002 GM F-Body Torque Arm Relocation Kit - Manual. Not exactly sure what to do with them yet, I know I will have a lot of friends that will want me to give them for free ( I already gave away and LS1, a built 408 LS2 and a fast intake and throttle body) I am done giving stuff away!! lol.

I would buy it...but it's for a manual darn, I am an a4.

I'm actually thinking of building another project found a Pontiac solstice and was thinking of dropping a turbocharged 427 in it for a rally type car. I probably will start selling all my extra parts soon ws6 hoods etc. first got to see what it will entail in parts and$$ lol
