I think I'm going to attempt to take the passenger side head of my car this weekend to fix the broken header bolt. Exhaust leak is driving me insane.

2000 Grand Prix GTP- 2000 Trans Am WS6 M6
If you're only removing the passenger head, you can leave all of your front accessories on. I would remove the tensioner, but that's only because it clears up wrench turning space.
Removal:
1. Remove Intake Manifold
2. Remove Coils
3. Remove Valve Covers
4. Remove Rocker Arms
5. Remove Pushrods
6. Unbolt Headers
7. Unbolt Heads
Installation:
Reverse above.
Note 1. Replace the head gasket, don't reuse the one that's on there.
Note 2. Don't forget to clean out the coolant that WILL leak into the head bolt threading in the block.
Note 3. Air ratchet (with deep 10mm and deep 15mm sockets) is your friend.
Note 4. Don't be afraid to bend the headers out of your way...the y-pipe will have some give in it to allow for the sockets to go above and below the flanges.
Good Luck.

I don't care what anyone says at my job. Mazdas are NOT popular cars. If they were, I wouldn't be home right now.
