it is... look at the tread pattern on the left tire... start at the outside, and as you can come in, you can see where the pattern should end, then the color is slightly different and a different tread. Pretty decent shop job really.

look at the trees behind teh corvette and the windshield. The whole thing is photoshopped. Still looks cool though. 15" wide rears would be sweet! lol
