You do have to watch out for those sudden stop wrecks .. one of those triple flip slideing wrecks , while look very bad are not as dangerouse as the wrecks where the car hits and dont go on ...

Oh I know...the whole time your spinning and flipping your losing momentum. I have had a few nasty ones with and without the wing. With the wing flipping really isn't bad. But without the wing you have no cushion when your flipping and it's a lot harder.

evidently the spotter didn't stay on top of it or something. I didn't get it, he had plenty of room if he just held his line through 3 but he tried to go high. Guess maybe he thought jr was going to come back down the track.

actually, it was JJ Yeley....he's not real happy if he finishes the race well so he did what he could to ensure a crappy finish.
I was shocked just by seeing a Petty car running in the top 20 most of the night. If those guys aren't careful they might actually start qualifying on times instead of taking provisionals.
