I have a buddy who just moved there not to long ago. I know he had to get a passport but what else he had to do I'm not sure. If you want I can email him and get info on it. Phone numbers to call, shit like that. He may have some useful tips also. He lives in Sydney.

thanks, but no need to go through all that. unless ya happen to have all that handy. just somethin I've thought about from time to time. me and the wife have discussed it a few times. looks like they pay a little more for skilled workers. don't know what the cost of living is too compare to that. also would have to take the car with. unless camaros are fairly easy to get overthere. or perhaps some other form of fastcar. I have heard that sydney is a beautiful city from people who have visited.

Well.. had to go to the ER today.. Fever hit 102.. get there... fill this out.. whats this.. where are this.. whats this.. blah blah blah.. wait here.. whats this.. wait here.. blah blah.. about an hour later the nurse finally does the initial check up....(I'm just glad I'm not dieing a this point, or I would have kicked the bucket!!) LEaves.. half hour goes by.. finally the DR shows up.. says its prob virial, take tylonol and drink fluids.

Yeah, so much for EMERGENCY.... <sigh> Then beucase I was pretty much delerious (my sister brought me in) we didn't think about insurance cards and shit like that...

At the end.. "So, will you be filing an insurance claim?"
"Yes, just we were in a rush and weren't thinking about cards."
"Oh, ok, then its a $200.00 down payment today, how do you want to pay that?"

<both of us> We didn't bring ANY sort of money.... but after about 20 mins, we finally convinced her I have insurance and that I will bring the card in on Monday...
