I know a secret
Had a discussion with a guy who swore Mobil1 produced more RWHP than other synthetics and proved it by linking to various websites with dyno pulls etc......We all know dyno's are far from precise and accurate.....and i have a buddy of mine sponsored by a Big Purple Oil company that makes oil here in Houston...so I had him call his tech buddies at the Big Purple Oil Company as they make claims of more RWHP and show dyno sheets.....Well my buddy just called laughing his ass off and told me what they said.....
Basically......first run with Ugly Oil Companies oil in...they run it up and it shows 300RWHP. They pull it off and drain the oil and fill with Big Purple Oil....and gain like 6RWHP! The secret according to them is the transmission and differential heat up and friction is greatly reduced when the ATF and Diff fluid is warm and that always accounts for the "gains" in RWHP......if they do the same test and let the car sit long enough for the trannie and diff to cool back down to ambient the gains dissapear......
hows that for some marketing shit

Montego Blue- '07 BMW 328Xi Coupe
I just changed the oil today and put in Pennzoil Platinum 5W-30 under recommendation by Luos. The mobil 1 that was in there previously was black as death. Juiced her up and went for test drive, feels nimbler than it did before.
