2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Back in 1991 the Carson Sheriff's caught a bunch of us at Alameda & Del Amo (old time LA street racers will be familiar with this area). The end result: 6 impounded cars, 12 arrests and 191 tickets were handed out.

Black- 2000 TA
I have had a chopper and cop car mess with me when I was driving my uncles vette down the turnpike. I was cruzing along at about 80 when I see a cop in my mirror. so I slowed down to about 70. Next thing I know the cop goes flying by. Well when he is just a little dot up in the distance I start speeding back up again untill I see that little dot pull off the side of the road behind an over pass. So I slow back down again for when I pass him. Well he flies out behind me again and goes shooting pass me and pulls the same crap again. after the second time i notice a helicopter flying way behind us. So I keep my speed reasonable. The helicopter stayed behind us for awhile while the cop kept trying to get me by hiding behind things.

Blackety Black- 35th Anniversary SS
How fast can the police choppers fly, isn't it only like 120 mph or something? The only advantage they have is they can cut corners to catch up. I saw on one of those cop shows an '88 or so vette was out running a chopper on a straight road in the desert until he lost control and smacked into a big rig. I think even the fastest chopper in the world can only go a little over 200mph. Still it would be hard as hell to outrun a chopper and cruisers if you are alone. Would be fun to try but bad to fail.

well i have the tickets to prove it, i will scan them if ud like to see them. but i cant prove to u i was running, cuz theres no way thats possible. i was respectful to the cops and admitted it was stupid, etc and he told me it was my lucky day. apparently it was.
i know its arrestable, and i know its a big offense. i also know it was stupid. but the cop also knew i knew it was stupid and let me off easy

no, go out and do it again. be a hardass...
better yet, how about not doing a damn thing and getting pulled out of your car at gun point, layed out in the street, and having your passenger being like WTF, he was just taking me to my car at my GF's house. how about getting arrested, and going to jail...
how about posting your own $750 bail, ATC...
try getting 3 moving violations in one stop (which in the state of Kansas you could lose the right to drive for a year and your insurance can drop you or raise your rates sky high). then try appearing in court pleading not guilty and having the judge laugh at you for the plea you entered. next imagine going to trail only to learn that since you have a completely clean record and the city DA was feeling nice enough to grant you diversion. yes, $750 fine 52hrs community service, and 1yr probation. its been 5 yrs since that happened, and the police admitted not having proof of radar or video of the 3 ciations i recieved tickets for: Exhibition of Acceleration, driving to fast for conditions, flee/elude...
i completed everything and none of the tickets hit my record and my arrest has been exsponged. no matter, they have my fingerprints and pics on file. trying getting the wrong end of the stick being in college in a small town...
perhaps you got lucky, but if i was the cop i would make your life hell, boy...
i have been driving for 13yrs, been pulled over multiple times an never had a ticket issued except in what you just read. those never hit my record either. so tell me why would i all of a sudden only sunny 70°, November afternoon (2 days before Thanksgiving) id randomly decide to tear up the eastside of Manhattan, KS. i would like to know, since the police sure as hell never cared to enlighten me...
shit like that fucks w/your head big time...
