suspension Q
im looking at a couple parts to hopefully firm up my suspension, id like to get some lower control arms, torque arm, panhard bar maybe sub frame connectors? what would be the best set up? should i get adjustable panhard bars and lower control arms? bolt on or weld on SFCs? thanks for any advice,
mike

in the very limited experience i have with suspension, its been my opinion that i was gonna get double adjustable pieces to ease the dial in period. i dont want to install, remove, adjust, and then re install.
yes to the panhard, yes to a torque arm and sub frame connectors. if you have a choice get the subframe connectors welded on...more durable in my opinion. also need to decide if you want boxed or tubular.
try the site sponsors, and also check out madman racing for suspension parts.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
i concur on all accounts or you can also do the following:
Koni Single Adj. shocks
35mm front sway bar
depends on what you are trying to stiffin? does the car have a lot of flex in it-then do the above, if you're trying to stiffin it for the corners, than the shocks/sway will do adequetly

the SFC will take care of the frame and the LCA's, panhard, and torque arm will help with the wheel hop
