If the third one is for real...If I lived closer, I'd throw down by motorcycle savings and buy it in a second.

hey man central illinois here. I gotta lt1 than might do the trick its not perfect appearance wise, but i figured that into the cost but its 100% mechanical wise and very very fresh less than 10k miles since the car was completely.
The minor things it needs DO NOT affect the driving, i just drove this car last week 200 miles down to school. its been my daily driver on a college kid budget for the last 6 months, but im moving to a diesel to help move my stuff around here at school.
If you can over look the major issue, being the 30 minutes it will take you to toss in a window motor, and understand the fact i am including the motor for you, then you may like what i have, plus is WELL under your budget.
DETAILS.

Motor-383ci stroker
nly 8500 miles.
Internally balanced, blueprinted, decked/Bored .030 over lt-1 block
ARP bolts/studs used where applicable

Comp Cams chromemoly pushrods

New vented '95 opti spark
Mellings high volume oil pump
Intake:
ported and polished lt-1 intake(to match heads and throttle body)
BBK 58mm throttle body
Throttle body coolant bypass
ported and polished lt-1 heads with Ferrea valves, guides, retainers
AFR Hydra rev kit
Ford 30lb injectors
Controlled by Gen 6 DFI/piggy backed with stock computer(have laptop and software)
Suspension:
Spohn chromemoly adj. panhard bar
Spohn chromemoly adj. LCAs/welded relocation brackets
Spohn chromemoly adj. torque arm
SLP tubular bolt/weld on subframe connectors
BMR tubular K-member
Polyurethane bushings throughout
Eibach Pro kit springs
Trans:
Changed over to M6(tranny has less than 40,000miles)
Spec stage 3 clutch(less than 2500miles)
Steel flywheel
Hurst shifter
Other accessories:
SLP tubular CAI, Granatelli MAF, slotted rotors/hawk pads, stock rear w/3.23 gears, Hooker ceramic coated long tube headers, 2-into-1 4inch mufflex y-pipe, 4 inch mufflex exhaust, in-tank walbro 255 pump, MSD 6 BTM ignition,T-tops
The entire set up with dyno tune from Speed Inc. produced 395rwhp/386rwtq.
100% streetable, 20mpg highway. VERY VERY VERY reliable. i had an a4 once and it was the worst mistake of my life, it took me less than 24 hours going from NEVER EVER driving stick in my life, to being rather good at it, weeks later its was like i have been doing it my whole life. now, its second nature. its more fun and you cant beat the mileage u'll get. plus, the t56 is STRONG friggen motor.
I'll offer it to you for 7500 and ill bring it to you. If you want come and get it, 4-5 hours south of you less than 100 in gas, you can have it for 7k.
I'll also give you my fathers address which is on the way home for you if you came here, where you can pick up 2 firebird abs rims with mt et streets on them.

that doesnt mean a window motor is the sell or losing point of a deal?
if you're slower and it takes 2 hours then so be it, still, it wont cost u a dime to do since i bought the motor when it began to slow. but i have no tools at school with me, therefore im not able to do it.
but i think for a motor worth 6k easy, that my price on the whole car is very fair.
if nothing else it can be parted and sold for quite a bit more than im asking.

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
i am very very interested.... i have been EXTREMELY busy lately. i worked about 35 hours just this weekend... fri-sun... so i havent been on here much. this week will probably be busy too, so i may consider the delivery.
when im not busy, im on ls1.com 24/7. right now, ill be on every night at least, just fyi.
do you mind posting or p.m.ing me a video of walkaround, idle, driveby, w.e...? soundclips even? it seems as tho uve been thru a few winters, would it be possible to get any underbody pictures?
2 more things...
can i have the VIN so i can run a carfax on it?
have u beat on it? plz be honest... i have beaten on my car, i know ppl beat on these cars. have u been rough on it?
as far as the window motor goes, ill deal with it.
maybe im an idiot, but is it a hardtop? its hard to tell in the pics

In my opinion dude a car with all of those mods was built to be beat on so I can almost gaurantee that. Not saying its a bad car just depends if you want one owned and driven by a older person who babied there car or if that doesnt matter to you. I know it does to me.
