Keep shopping, it's a great car but it's 9 years old. There are better deals if you wait till one comes along. I bought my 99 a year ago with a little more miles but in great shape for 4k.

$4 grand? Im gonna have to call . I picked my '99 up in January with 36,600 miles for $14K and that was a steal in comparison to the other cars for sale at the time. Unless you bought it with a salvaged title or the guy was completely out of his mind, you did not pick that car up for $4k.

Bought it from a friend who had 2 knee replacements. Needed to get rid of it cause he couldn't get in or out. He knew that I was looking for a T/A. NO BULL. Deals are out there, bankrupt, diviorce etc: just got to be patient and look. I waited 6 months for the right deal. I just happened to be looking @ the right time,And the car is fricking awsome. Don't say bull sh-t just because you didn't get a good deal. When you grow up a little you'll learm to be more patient and not be so quick to call someone a liar. Mom probably bought your car for you huh squirt ?

Well at least you explained how you came across such a good deal. What I don't appreiciate is you trying to bitch me out when you don't have a f%$*ing clue. I bought my first firebird for $10 grand with MY money. I turned around 6 months later and sold it for $13 grand. Fotunately for me I was looking at the right time and picked my '99 T/A up with 36,600 on the clock for $14 grand. Squirt? Im 6'3", 200 pounds, and play football for my highschool as a Varsity Defensive Lineman. You may be a hell of alot older than me but I won't be talked down to on a f%$*ing forum.

if its in good shape, pounce on it. autotrader, ebay ect..., nothing close to that price for low miles and good shape.

I just bought a 2000 Firehawk with 44k for $9700. With extended warranty and tax, it was $13000. From a dealership.
