Barry Bonds was always a great hitter. Steroids just helped him hit it farther and play into his 40's.

However, Barry is an asshole.

Him and Pujols have the best shot to break it right now.

A-Rod is around 30 years old? with 500 homers.

He could hit 300 more if he plays for about 10 more years.

Pujols is not that old either...late 20's...27 or 28 and has almost 300 homers.

Hell, Ryan Howard of the Phillies could do it too if he keeps on batting well. He is in his early 20's I believe.

I was on creatine for a while when I was playing football in high school and college.

I put on some weight...not the kind of weight that Bonds has put on. You need special stuff for that.

+1... i was on creatine to gain weight because i'm stuck at 178lbs and unable to gain weight... i lost weight on taht shit and i have next to nothing for body fat...

you gotta lift hard on creatine to notice a big difference and even then on the extreme end of it you might see 10 lbs in a years time, you need a really good diet, a good protein intake and lots of QUALITY calories. the effects of creatine that are noticeable are the boosts in strength, recovery, and size.
