Do you have to get a baby sitter on the weekends?
Once in a while there's a time where I can't just leave her by herself. Seems like she's always begging for attention and what not. I know she's seven years old, but still....she can't quite take care of herself. So when you can't take 'em with you on the weekend for whatever reason. Do you get a baby sitter too? The last time I did it, I got a pretty weird look from their face when they realized what they had to keep their eye on.
I just told 'em if it gets bird crap on it, immediately wash it off or wash the whole car, don't let the kids get too close, and if anything happens call me asap.

I'm not so lucky..I will be after they let me move offbase though...can't wait!
And don't be so sure it's safe there. One of the dealerships here gave a guy that works as a DJ on a local radio station a new z28. This was back in '02. It got stolen right out of his garage. The whole town was looking for it. Some kids took it for a joy ride and wrecked it.

Most days it would take an act of God to get my car out of the garage. There is normally either a car behind it or I am home.
I would be PISSED though.

No car cover on my paint. I don't like swirls. Or spending the money on a really nice cover.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I dunno, it's just a car. A car that I like but still, it's just a car. I'd be pissed if anything happened to it. I guess I understand cuz I kinda sorta feel that way about my 67 but it's still just another car (although valuable and what I've wanted since I was a kid). I've always felt that anything is for sale for the right amount of $$$.

I am the exact same way with my car!! I have a really messed up back but I still park my car 2 miles from the store when I go. The funny thing is- sometimes even if I park far away from everyone else I will come back out and some idiot will be parked right next to me when there is 1000 other spots.
LOL it never fails!

I park in the corner....then there is only one place for them to park if someone decides to be a jackass.
Visited my cousin a few months a ago and I kept looking out the window every hour or so. Finally, he figured out what I was doing, and told me to knock it off.

^ Thats funny dude. "He figured out what I was doing and told me to knock it off"
I cant blame you man. I have a surv. camera on my car-mainly cause of my neighbors kids. They put 3 huge scratches in my car and that was it. I bought the camera next day. The reason kids have no respect for vehicles is because their parents dont teach them shit. I looked over at my neighbors car one day and saw their kid (about 11 yrs old) standing on the hood of their car- with the parents standing right there not saying shit. My parents would have killed me. I have also seen them run their bikes into cars and laugh.

Oh i know kids or most people for that matter don't give a shit. I was watching out my sister's window about a year ago. These kids were riding by on their bikes. I was thinking the whole time, "thats right stay on that side of the road." I see them on their way back...well I'm watching tv and can see out the window too...and here they come. One dumps his bike right into my parents pos with his handle bar...luckily its just a pos. They look around, laugh, and keep riding.
Then at car shows, i see kids running around and playing tag around cars and their parents think nothing of it and just keep walking to the next car pretending they are interested in cars. Then I saw another kid practically hanging in one car with an ice cream cone. Then another kid thought it was a good idea to sit on the front fender of a bike. I would like to see what would happen if the owner happened to be around. My car is not that great by all means and I'd freak out.

yep I park in Egypt everywhere I go ........my 10 year old daughter complains about it but I tell her its good exercise and lives a smaller chance of someone hitting my car.
I had a 95 Camaro that got hit in a parking lot. Lesson learned
