fuel filter
I changed my fuel filter yesterday. My car has 45,000 miles on it and the filter was NASTY. I think it was probably the original one. It was on my list of things to do for awhile, but I thought it would be a real PITA, so I didn't. My advice to those of you who are putting it off, is don't. It took 15 minutes to change and couldn't be easier. I can only imagine the shit that got through and made into my injectors.

You actually cut it open? Got any pics?

It's located just in front of the rear driver's side tire.

Yes, I actually cut it open. It looked like it was full of mud. Sorry, no pics. I tossed it in the trash.
