Well I got to say J is totally cool as shit. We just hung out for like 6 hours and there was no weirdness or akward moments it was a total blast. Just tell her that your not sure you want to get involved with her because she is a co-worker and you don't want to mess up your friendship. That way your still friends and if you and J don't work out you can talk to D as a friend and she will be there to "comfort" u!!

Like I said before we all have mutual friends so its not like they would't find out that im seeing them both. I was kinda weird last night when I was out at the bar with J and some of our mutal friends and D showed up.
