what do u all think would win my friend has a v6 that he put a lt1 in its a 95 camaro and im lookin to buy a ls1 car just wanna see if stock to stock who would win ?

i havent got the car yet but hes talkin crap so next year when i buy my ls1 car i will kick some butt then turn to them ricers

My mom has a 94 trans am gt with an LT1 auto and we have the 01 ws6 LS1 6 speed and we havent raced them but the ls1 feels like its 10 times faster... btw the 94 GT is for sale!!! one owner lady driven and it has 96k miles!!! esc condition!!!

having both the LT1 feels a little stronger just off the line but trust me once the LS1 hits it's grove it's not even close.

beacause it usually developes into a dick waving contest and bashing fest and the original question is long since forgotten.
you can only really look at the power difference and what that would equal in speed. so purely by the numbers, the ls1 wins. but as state previously, anything can happen.

My basically stock LS1 is much quicker than my LT1, even with the bolt-ons...
