Well the WS6, Camaro SS, and Firehawk have exhaust work and different air lids/ filters and some have a different intake manifold depending on year.... all things that produce HP or aftermarket parts that increase performance. They are bolt ons just like a supercharger. So according to your reasoning these are not stock cars.

Here you are required to report an "accident" (crash) within 48 hours. If it was H&R (PD only) then it is a criminal offense and the statute of limitations will vary between states. Ten months would still be valid here, but you might have trouble getting PC satisfied by a Magistrate for the warrant.

BTW - there is no statute of limitations on homicide!!!
