they were my X's dumbells... when she was pregnant her stupid class made me tie them to my belly for a day so i could "feel her discomfort" it back fired...

yes it is if he doesnt have a chest ..like me 25 will build a lil...especially in the lower and inside part ..if he doesnt have any..like me

See I don't have most issues with building cause I am smaller. I can do most movements to maxium benefit

don't get me wrong... i build very very fast... just that my arms grow extremly large but my chest doesn't get but a few more inches bigger... my arms were 16.5 inches... now i think they are 14 or so... Originally Posted by transamprincess98
