Well, my car must be the bionic car then because I have a torque convertor and a 100 shot putting over 400 RWHP and my stock rear is still in tact and I run a MT tire. I've never messed with the stock set up of the car other then Sub-frame connectors and better LCA's.

that is a thought of mine. i do have the stock rear 10-bolt w/3.42's and 409rwhp/33rwtq. though i think i will be fine. car only has 37k on it...
