I won't be retarded. I just spend about 2 hours a day at the gym when it is open
So I'll go back to 5:30-8pm at the gym and I'll go back to tanning, and I eat better when I go. Mostly chicken, veggies and fruit. I also drink about 10 glasses or more of water a day
Nothing retarded about it. It's just OCD
