Pretty bad weather up north i see, but thats the usual come winter time.
Its pretty crazy that it was 27° this morning hasnt been this
since 2 years ago when it was in the teens everday all winter long.

The thing is, about 5 months ago our central air unit took a crap and company decided that it wasnt cost efficient to repair it or to get a new one installed would be about 10k so they said fuck it.

Funny you mention that, Osha was here to do their annual check up on things. We lease the building and hangar from the airport so we called the airport when the unit took a shit, airport said it was our problem, we said it was their problem so now we wait till the courts decided for something to get done.
