Im confused, this airsoft crap is everyfreaking where. The only guns im familiar with are the cheap $10 ones that shoot the plastic bb's, these appear to shoot paint and more realistic.
can someone please explain this hobby to me, I play paintball and enjoy it, but I dont know enought about airsoft to care or appreciate it.

AIRSOFT... its a swat based training thing... those guns are fully automatic and shoot those plastic bb's pretty hard... if you play... PLAY WITH ALL CLOTHS ON... MASK GOGGLES... and the whole shabang... i am 20 and all my friends go to houses that are just being built and we play in there... if you don't wear a mask it hurts to get shot in the face... i did and i was bleeding pretty bad that night... ITS FUN!

Join the Marines and shoot towelheads and lil bitty yellar fellas running around the jungle. Way more fun and Uncle Sam pays for it. Just my advise. Guns and shit are free. All you want.

Airsoft is awesome, i have been playing for years. It is a great but expensive thing to get into (not like we already dont have a hobby like that) but i have spent around 1500$ on all my stuff.

I know when I used to play paintball it was fun as hell and was quite expensive. Are u guys saying that this air soft stuff is more fun than paintball? Or is it just the next thing down from paintball? Yea at 500fps I'm sure those plastic bb's sting like hell, especially if u got hit with about 30 or 40 really quick.

in some peoples opinion airsoft is gonna be the next generation in espn sports... although you can find some airsoft wars on espn.. they do not cover it yet like theu do paintball.. and in my opinion airsoft is way better than paintball.. less messy too...
and in reguards to an ics m4.. good luck with that one..people have used those on our fields before and man i hate to see em go home early cus their shit broke.. alot of the airsoft community prefers to use TM (tokyo marui) japanese made but durable as hell. lots of upgrades and accessories too.
tokyo marui weapons available www.plyconsarmory.com

Yeah I heard that to but they just came out with a new generation that is much higher quality, I have had thousands of rounds through it with no problems whatsoever. The only problem I had was the magazine it came with it was pretty shitty so I bought some other ones.

I have a G&G M14 myself. Been playing for many years. Have had more high end guns then most could dream of.
Classic Army M15 series is hands down one of the best I have ever used.
TM has way to much plastic.
Gas blow back is a must too...
