so i'm suing somebody...and the asshole didn't show up today for mediation. most likely won't come to court this monday either. I find out that even if i win the settlement, that the jag-off court can't/won't do a thing to enforce him to make payment. I have to make him pay it.

i wish i had a gun, i would have stuck it in the courts temple so hard until blood spurted while asking "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GOOD FOR THEN?"
