if u have applied for credit anywhere with in the last 90 days, its free, but i do know this option is not available to all, only ca residents for sure. once u pull the report, u click on the items u wanna dispute, and it provides u with an explanation box, submit, and wait for the resolution.....dont forget to write down the report number, and code so u can follow up
