Okay, first... don't mention you have a bf, it kills the moment. Secondly, you can't go wrong putting money in a house. Well to an extent of course. Don't over-build for the area your in. Curb appeal (paint, landscape, etc) goes a long ways.

Put a plan together of what you wanna do with your car. Drag racer, cruiser, auto-x. Then you can figure out the right parts to get so you don't end up changing stuff around later.

LT's and a loudmouth = LOUD! I'd get the LT's but maybe use a Borla for the rest of the pipes.
