WTB Rare Color Blue Trans Am

I am looking to buy the so called rare color blue trans am, its like a very light metalic blue "NOT THE MIDNIGHT BLUE!" if I am not mistaken I think they only produced it in 99. If you know anyone or any dealerships that has one for sale please let me know. Thanks

It's called Medium blue metallic,I have the 99 brochure in front of me, That must be awesome,+ like you said ill bet its rare too. I wonder if it could be had on the ram air cars?. A really rare, Ram Air Formula,six speed in that color, would be Phenominal,
or a ws6 Trans Am Convertible, Now I want one Too. See what you started.Anything out of the ordinary for me.So if you find two let me know.
Ps, (Paint Code is 20) Will be on the door tag.

LOL, awesome, I have seen a few of them but absolutley none in the ram air package, which wouldn't be anything to get a hood and put it on there. I have a WS9 outlaw hood on my white trans am that I am about to sell and my g/f loves the color of the blue one so I thought maybe I would pick one up for her because I am kinda in the market for a 93-95 RX7 that I am trying to do a LSX swap in. One of my buddies had the blue trans am back when I was in high school and traded it in on a lightening....I could have beat him...lol anyways I guess I will just keep checking ebay and these forums. Thanks

No MBM WS6's out there. They only made a regular TA and Formula's for them. Same as with Camaro's there were no SS's. I believe Bad Blue Bird may have the only true WS6. I didn't know he was selling though. That's my dream car.

There was a mbm ws-6 6-spd t/a for sale,last summer at a car lot about 20 miles from here,I saw it at a swap meet,with a for sale sign, took the guys card,+ went + checked it out afew days later with my girlfriend,she HATED the color with a passion,said it was a "Chicks
Car" + Called me a "Wussy" for Wanting a car that color.Ended up with a Supercharged Stang vert,That she thought was masculine enough.Now she + the stang are gone, + I'm into the ls1's at this point in time,+ I kinda wish I got the "Wussy Car".
There was also one in hemmings around the same time,
I believe it was a vert,So there are some ws-6's
out there in that color,I didn't know at the time how to check the codes but he swore it was all orig,+ it only had about 13k mi on it. I also have the 99 brochure + it doesn't show it to not be available on ws-6.
It shows in the 99 camaro #s that none were built in SS,in medium blue, but something like 1100 + in non SS.But my SS vert was also not suposed to be built in Mystic teal but was.
Anybody have color production #'s for 99 birds?

In the brochure the color looks much darker,I never realized it was the same color,till i saw the pic of yours, Thats how i remember the one i was looking at,lighter + brighter then the brochure.
But it also was in the bright sun when i saw it.

It really depends on the lighting, I can show you pics where you would swear its not the same car
