i was doing 130 when i was racing a turbo'd interga in my camaro. but my best was making a beer run in my friend 94 supra with a t88 turbo 145 on the way back from hyvee it was great. it was the fastest beer run ive every made!!!

160mph in my 99 T/A coming out of the hills on the 8 headed toward phoenix. A bike passed me, and I blew by him at 140

guys, I have to be honest, I'd have to know the rode like the back of my hand to go that fast, because if I were to lose my car due to 5.0, I'd cry. also I know if I spot them, i'd just keep my foot down and let them catch up to me because then I'd have a better chance to get away. It just seems risky as hell to me. I know of a few places where they are every blue moon, but that's almost not rare enough to me. I have no problem bustin 100 but if you think about it whats the difference between that and 150 when it comes to cops? I guess it depends on if they want to take you to jail or not.

i try not to drive more than 125 on the free way. anything after that any there is now way you can stop. and i do know all the freeways around here like the back of my hand. you tend to in a lowered trans am

You can occasionally find a good stretch of road. I hit my 160 point down the 8 coming out of the hills headed toward phoenix. The sweet thing is that I did it in the middle of the day. Otherwise I would have been too nervous to do it.

i was driving down I-40 going west, i saw a huge wide open strip on the passing lane, and went for it! 150mph!!!!!!! its kinda odd bcuz it really doesnt seem or feel all that different than, say 120 or so>>>>but it did get louder and just the sight of watching the road and then that odemeter stretching all the way to the bottom right was crazy.

I was going down the interstate today on my way to work and this guy in a BMW thought he would challenge my American muscle car. Needless to say I left him far behind, didnt realize how fast I was going. Looked down and 125 mph and climbing fast. I got up to 135 mph had to let off traffic ahead in my way. It had PLENTY left. Man what a rush. I pulled into my work parking lot I was so pumped up lol ! I love my 01 SS CAMARO. I know they are much faster cars and mine its just stock but its mine and I am very proud of it. It was so smooth going that fast really cool how the car handles. When I get up the nerve I am going to hit 150 mph+ and video tape it. Trick is driving that fast with one hand on the wheel and the other hand trying to hold the camera still. I will post the video after I do it.

155 in 96 ram air formula. They say the hayabusa will do 190 + and I ran it till it wouldnt rev any more. My guess is around 185-190.

Hopefully the vid still works. This was about a year ago before the 9", clutch and adj T/A went in. I did make one run faster than the vid. I glanced down before I lifted and was about 6200 in 5th.

To get the vid I rested my camera on the steering wheel and held it there with my thumb.
