What I would get next is another clutch so when that Spec craps out or blows up you'll be all set.

Read alot of threads like this. A guy I know at the track has one in his vette (spec 3) with 800 miles on it. Doesn't shift right goin down the track. He called Spec. They told him not to do standing burn outs, only rolling burn outs with it. (Gay) They told him some other gay stuff to do and he tried it their way and it still sucked ass the next week.

I would use Textrailia or Mcleod. Not tryin to scare ya outta gettin a Spec but I have read and heard alotta bad stuff there. My Mcleod single disk kevlar has like 32,000 miles on it and I was launching it at like 5,500rpms the other weekend on ET Streets with no problem.

I just took out a spec 2 cause it was junk. it had 2000 miles and chattered like a bitch. I put in a textrilla and it works great. it was a little expensive, clutch and flywheel 900. Clutch is good for 600hp though. The shop that did mine says he has alot of guys replacing the spec cause they are junk.
He also recomended a new ZO6 if I wasn't planning the mods I want.Says they are good for 500 hp and installs no prob.
