my cobra beat a zo6.....bad

Just wanted to let everybody know that I beat ANOTHER ZO6 tonight.
He was a cocky guy who ask for the race, so I gave it to him.
Spanked him pretty bad, about 5 cars or so, 1st gear to middle of 3rd gear.
Then we hit traffic, Funny after that he pulled off into a parking lot after saying "you mustangs always use NOS to win"

I dont know what year it was, but I know it was 01 to 04.
Aren't they supposed to be fast? I looked great, but it was slow.
Oh yeah, I dont have NOS. But Ill bet he wished he did?

P.S. I love Trans ams, Camaros, and vettes alot. And I love beating them.

? could be the driver or the extra hp you have. Z06 c5 ? 405 hp (I think off the fly)

Given your posted Mods, I expect that you would beat a stock C5 zo6 but not by 5 lengths to approx 100mph (mid 3rd gear). I guess that guy needs some practice

You misunderstand me? This is my site as well as yours, I have had 3 Trans Ams, My sister has had 2 Z28's, My father has had 2 SS Chevelles and 4Corvettes. I love GM cars. I almost got an 01 vette instead of my Cobra, untill I drove both cars.

I only post this to get the word out that the old ZO6 is not that fast.
It was a kill I got with my Cobra, so I posted it. Remember that is what we talk about on sites like this, I wish some more GM guys would visit the Stang sites as well. They are very one sided, we all need equal representation.

And it was a 5 car win (he didnt let off at all, I continued to pull the whole race) so I do think it was a KILL.

First of all: Sweet Viper, I had that car on a poster in my room when I was
15, Love that color pattern.
Second, I dont know if the guy could drive or not, but I heard him chirp 2nd pretty hard. Either way It was alot of fun, I can only hope someone was watching, while a Mustang beat a Corvette.
And honestly the guy was a real Jackhole!!
