Dipstick kinda smells like gas

I read on here some time ago that if your dipstick smells like gas then the car is running to rich. Mine kinda does, I recently had headers and exhaust installed and they adjusted my fuel trim to make sure I didnt run lean, is it possible that they adjusted it too much, also will this give my car any symptoms such as a misfire or backfire or any of that other crazy stuff? I plan on getting it dyno tuned asap, that will fix it correct? Thanks guys.

yes a dyno tune can correct it..but the dyno isnt needed...what dnyo tunes actually tune is your idle and your top end..so everything from idle on up to top end isnt being tuned(mid range) but yea chances are they just made it a lil rich. ask anyone with a tunner to lean it out a lil.

Now I am really confused, My SES light came on again so I went and had the codes read and they were po171 and po174 which was bank 1 and bank 2 (o2 sensors) read the "system to lean". I am really clueless at this point and I am truly looking forward to having it dyno tuned becuase then I will know the fuel trim is correct. Thanks though.
