Can`t believe anyone would not put paper down, but apparently after reading these posts there some who don`t.

Anybody ever rushing to take a dump...trying to put paper down...it`s nosing out...and just as you sit down one or both sides of the paper falls to the floor...

Depends on the condition.

If its a real toilet in a building, I'll just usually wipe it, but if its a porta-john I'll put paper down.

call me dirty if you want, but if it ain't nasty looking who cares? what nasty comes off of other people's ass cheeks? They never contact anything, they don't really sweat, it's no big deal. If it looks dirty put yoru paper down, it's all gonna fall off when you start to wipe anyways (if you are a leaner rather than a through the legs kinda guy -and through the legs guys are nasty asses anyways, you need to wipe AWAY from your balls)

I'll just squat over the seat, I'm picky about sitting on someone else's shit pile. Hell even when I bought my house I replaced the shitter and shower, just the thought of some nasty fuckers ass sitting there makes me sick. When I was in Iraq we had to shit in crap houses, as we called them, wooden port a john's with a cast iron bucket in the bottom. I'd put toilet paper down there and leave a Mr. Hanky for the private's on the crap burning detail.

Did we all forget that crap is coming out of our ass? How much worse can what is on the toilet seat be? I don't cover the toilet with paper. I shower and change my underwear daily. I don't eat off my ass, a toilet lid, or my underwear, so I don't care. Crap has to come out of your ass, so it is going to be dirty no matter what. A little toilet paper is not going to help. Maybe I will change my mind when someone tells me they got the nastiest ash rash from a toilet seat. Until then, I will just worry about how many roaches or rat crap is in my fast food meal. Anyone who eats fast food and says they have never eaten a roach is full of crap. Trust me the people that work in fast food do not get paid enough to care what is in our food. But that is a whole other thread.
