SRT8 Charger VS F-Body
Ok a Srt8 Charger Vs a Camaro or Trans Am Stock for stock.
Who will win. My foolish cousin seems to think the F-body. But I know different from experience.

it depends on what type of race and how good the drivers. The Srt8's run fast in the 1/4, but they are heavy. From a dig i might say SRT, but from a highway roll i would say LS1.

Def anything w/ a SRT8 badge should take the win. Again, you're talking stock for stock.

i have a 2000 trans am with gears intake exhuast and a couple little things and im an auto and one of my boys has a brand new srt-8 charger we raced and no joke i ripped him a new one we went from a 20 roll both times and by 100 i had him by easly 5-6 cars so id say the f-body would take it

I vote for the SRT8 from a roll and from a dig. That engine is just TOO BIG.

Sunset Orange Metallic- 2002 Camaro SS
Yeah i'd have to say from a roll it would be easily in the SRT's favor...From a dig a good driver could come close...They are all running really low 13's.

Stock for stock, I'll give the edge to the SRT. Why? Cause I've raced the SRT and the owner also had an LS1. He said his SRT would win every time whether it was him or his old lady driving and they switched a few times.
He said that I was a little faster than his stock LS1 and hung with him lots better, but I have mods and its not the same comparison.

06 PBM GTO(458WHP)SOLD!!- 06 TR GTO~476WHP 425TRQ
With a good driver i would say it could be close. We have a guy down hear that knows how to launch his Srt-8 Charger and he went a 13.2@108. 2 good drivers and i think the srt might have teh edge a little. But you never know till you run.

I always find it funny hearing people talk about SRT8s or SRT4 stage 3s and then saying stock for stock. So let's see, if I race a Srt8 vs a GMMG ZL1 Dick Harrell Supercar, who would win? I mean hey, they're both stock in respect to how you buy them...
Please nobody actually answer that...She's baaaaaccccck...

I've seen a few F-Bodies against a few SRT-8s at the track, and from what I've seen it's definately a drivers race for the F-BODY driver, the Chargers seem easier to launch, but I've seen a few stock F-bodies beat a few SRT-8s, all three of them were 2002s and they were running low,low 13s.
