Let me guess...you are a cop
Just admit it - traffic cops are useless, they just give tickets to generate revenue. Anyone with a brain can see that. Theres no way they are keeping anyone safer by pulling someone over for doing 27MPH in a 25MPH (happened in my town) or giving someone a ticket for not having a front plate. Its just plain ridiculous.

Cops are there for a reason. They'd be the first person you called if you had your car stolen/broken into or just about anything else that could happen bad......yes tickets generate revenue but believe me.....they aren't just out there writing tickets...besides....if we dont speed we dont have anything to worry about right........

I come from a line of 5-0. I wont lie. Some of them are little bitches. (pardon my french) 27 in a 25!? Damn that would get cancelled in court so fast. But I have respect for them all. Traffic cops arenot useless. Your'e just on the criminal side. And so am I sometimes. I wanted to be a cop along with the rest of my family till I realized I HATE cops. But I have RESPECT for them. So should you.

The last Vic that I raced at the Police sponsored drags in Portland, Oregon was not all that fast. THe best I could get that car to do with power-braking and everything I could thing of was a 15.9 and I thought I was going to burn the tranny up. The newer Vics are a bit better, maybe .1 and 1mph, but not much.
Where my Vic shines is in the abuse it will take. I can run it up a curb at full speed, slam it into a wall, drive it off a cliff, and it just seems to continue to run.
The fastest I have ever had my Vic while in pursuit was a certified speedometer indicated 137mph. The limiters are set for 136mph. The first cop car I ever had was the LT1 Caprice. I had one of those in a pursuit in Portland on the 5 freeway witht he digital speedo flashing 155mph. WAY better car IMHO.

Nice, you speak to your mother with that mouth?
Nice MISS-spelling job, who's the idiot?
It must be nice to sit behind a computer and insult someone without consequences, just know that if I was beside you I would ram your head into that monitor and break all your teeth out with that keyboard.

Do you know why there are traffic cops? Because the community demands it. Period. When the vocal people in the community continue to complain about traffic, the police are forced to do something generally because when people complain, they complain to the mayors office, congressmen, and senators. That causes the need for traffic cops.
The front plate issue is one of simple compliance. Your state requires a front plate. It is not that hard to comply. This is the same as a seatbelt law, window tint law, etc. They are plain, black and white rules. I rarely enforce that law unless there is a directive from my watch commander.
