Black- 87 Buick GN
I'll let you know as soon as it hits the road...We are still in the build phase. Hopefully the motor and the chassis work will be done by next spring.
its on an .85 housing. I may go down to a 63...or spray a 100 shot to spool it...It all depends on how it works.

Picked up a 62' Impala a week ago. It's in pretty good shape for a car 44 years old. Will get pics up soon.

Got a big old land yacht, 67 Buick Electra 225… power leather seats, door locks, tilt wheel , cruise, am/fm power antenna, a/c..My dad bought it new in late 1966 right off the rolling parking lot in Austin Texas Bitch was he traded a 64 impala convertible for it……Dad had it set up to pull a travel trailer, (limited slip, variable rate springs, tranny cooler), was a hell of a party car could fit 8 people in the damm thing, and have a 4 some in the back seat… Folks drove it until 73, then we put it into the high school auto shop…we tore it apart, used it as a class project car, did everything sneaked a little isky cam in it when the old man wasn’t looking, …then we gave it to my dads folks in 1974 for there 50th anniversary. My grandma was a little un forgiving on the old tank, caught the wall of the drive thru at the bank a few times, they passed away in 93, so it got passed to me…has 153,000 original miles, looks like hell, but it’ll scare the hell out of most people at the stop light, the old buick 430 switch pitch turbo 400 will shread tires if you don’t back off the gas…likes the gas station thou….it went thru a hail storm once and I laughed my ass off, hail bounced off it and beat the hell out of a little Ford 4 door sitting next to it….real steel….it’ll sit for a month or so and I’ll hop in it and it’ll fire right up…
71 Camaro, roller cam 454 LS6, tremec TKO 600 5 speed, 2.56 gears, berlineta t-top, New Mexico plate "RAT454"
74 Monte Carlo, 95 LT1 drive traIn swap, full computer,
67 Buick Electra 225, 430 tire burner wildcat,
+++if it ain't broke it's breaking+++

LOL, good memories there. Those deuce-n-a-quarters would roll. Funny about grandma scraping the wall, those boats are WIDE. My grandma would tear up the brakes on the '71 Impala she last drove before she passed. She learned to dive using a clutch (not very many autos back in them days), and never broke the habit of using one, so she would use the brake pedal as a clutch and end up power-braking everywhere she went. She'd go through brakes every 10Kmi, and would peel-out in dad's gravel driveway all the time.

Red- 2001 Z28
Wow, a lot of Poncho power on this site, other BOPs too! It's also nice to see people starting to do later 70's cars, up to 72 is nice if you can afford them but prices are out of controll. Guys just looking for fun hobbie stuff are priced out of the early market. I just picked up a 78 Z28 (free! no motor) to make a cruse nite/ weekend warrior out of. There's stuff out there, but act fast!

here are my cars, from left to right, 1966 GTO HDTP-with a lemans hood, had a fan come loose and go through the original hood, it has a 474. Center-2006 GTO is stock but now has a few mods. Right-1966 GTO convert. when I bought it the front bumper was tweaked, so it now has a Lemans front bumper, and I haven't got all the turn signal lights in the grill ordered yet, but it has a 400 +.030 and has a mild build with 3.23s, it's my cruiser.
