He wants to race in a quarter do I have a chance?

If You Have A Few Bolt Ons Would Be Easy , The Mustang Lauch Very Slow I Won One Race Like 5 Or 6 Car Of Dif. But I Got A Lot Of Stuff On Mine Headers, Slp Intake Cat-back, Hypertech And Some Others

i raced one the other day. i have a stock a4 2002 ws6 it was close in 1st but when i hit 2nd i walked away from him. he was fast but mine was faster

I have a 1998 trans am with 130000 miles with only a chamber exhaust, and raced a brand new 2006 with a full catback magnaflow exhaust and beat him by 3 cars and kept pulling.......that was from a stand still....we raced again from 45 and it was a different race I was only getting him by about a car.......off the line we are dead even.....but the mustang shifts eariler than the ta and thats where I pulled my first car...from there I was pullin hard thru 2nd and 3rd before we quit.....

since you are an auto then your main concern is traction, his is auto or a stick? And is he any good at driving it if it is a stick? Should still beat him, but yea it will be fairly close. Now if you got a bunch of bolt ons that will be a different story

My stepdad has an 06 stick with intake and tune and we are bout what and what. He ran a 13.6@105 verses my 13.5@105. I think you should have no problem pulling him!! Just get a good hole shot, but if you run from a roll you should have no problem at all!!!

WTF! Dude I can't even find one with enough balls to race me. You are going to bitch slap his car. Even if you mess up your launch.Just practice your launches a bit before the race. You don't need a perfect launch to take this guy.
