Dry shot vs Wet shot
What are the pros and cons. Im thinking of spraying my 99 SS. What kind of system will be good, ive never ran nitrous in any of my cars? Is a 150 shot as safe as everyone says they are on these cars?
thanks in advance

Well a dry shot depends totally on your injectors to do everything...let them load up and your engine goes bye bye.....that bothers me....I run a 100 wet shot.....

My mechanic say WET system is the best,I'm going to play it safe and not run over a 100 HP shot> A 150 Shot is a little too much for a mainly stock block motor

If you want to run small shot like a 50 or 75 a dry would be fine.
But I prefer a Wet shot. I ran a 150 shot for two years.Black 1999 Blown Convertible A4

) and ended up with the following setup....
Nitrous Express Wet Kit
10.lb bottle, remote bottle opener, bottle pressure guage, blow down tube, fuel pressure safety switch, fuel pressure guage, MSD Window Switch, WOT Throtte switch, Bottle heater, Bottle blanket, purge kit, ...I am waiting on the center console guage pod to mount the in cabin bottle pressure and fuel pressure guages.....lastly....I had it all professionaly done.....and of course the most important thing....I had it tuned by a certified professional....A/F on the gas in the 11's.....so safety was priority number one with performance secondary....of course with it all in the performance is insane
with just a 100 shot.....
And at 6000 RPM on the bottle we never saw the fuel pressure drop below 48-50 lbs on the stock fuel pump....so we kept it.....
