idle issues... idle high. unplugged tps runs good?
2000 ta, headers, cam, ls6 intake, slp lid and tune... other than that stock.
Have been searching for vacuum leak because of high idle. seems to idle around 1100-1200. was searching for vacuum leake and tried unhooking iac and tps. thought it was weird after unpluggin the tps it idles great. drive it around town and runs good as well.
Does this mean tps is bad im assuming? shouldnt it run bad with tps unplugged?
thanks for any suggestions

try a reset.
car off, turn key to on position no start. turn off.
repeat but open the throttle blade to max open. close then turn off.
start car. see if you have improvement.
if no change, if you can borrow a tps from a fellow f body and swap out see if it fixes it. fixed get new tps. no change may need to check wire harnesshttp://www.ls1.com/forums/f7/my-6-liter-build-174257/

While you are at it - carefully cleaning the throttle body isn't a bad idea either. Use throttle body cleaner, lint free cloth, and Q-tips for the tight areas.
