So I need to own a sixth gen to make the claim that they're better cars than fourth gens? Is that what you're driving at? Holy shit this isn't rocket science dude. Technology has come a long way. Maybe go drive a new one for awhile.
I cant figure out if this is an allegiance to the fourth gen thing with you, or you're mad because I said it's ridiculous to compare factory cars to modified ones, or what...

I'm not mad. It's the Internet. I don't really care too much lol.
Sent from my SM-G900V using TapatalkBoost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

Well imo, the 4th gens didn't sell because of marketing, not because they were shit.
Maybe mine is just well taken care of, but the only issues I have with the car are some of the plastic pieces inside and the window motors.

I cant speak for 35th but I seriously followed the 2015 Mustangs ans 2016 Camaros from rumor mill through today, as possible replacements for my 4th gen, the Mustang would make more sense to have than the Camaro. I actually wanted to want the Camaro, and was allowed to pull he trigger next year by the boss but I just couldnt do it.
The visibility is better, I don't give up back seat space for my daughters car seat (I put a new Camaro, side by side to my TA, and it is worse for child seats), and I felt that the Mustang was far more livable (I really don't like the interior layout).
When it cam down to it, I like my car better, and instead of spending 40k, I can spend a fraction of that and have equal to or better acceleration, and at least 9/10's (or better) the handling and braking. I also think the WS6 is still a better looking car too.

I love my 4th gen and don't intend to sell it any time soon. But that's more emotional than how good the car is. I originally planned on buying a 6th gen to go along with it. But I keep sinking money into 4th and want to buy a new house soon our current one has gotten too small so will either wait till late in its life cycle or get a second year 7th gen if I like them or get a vette. Plus with the points on the gm card no longer having a experation date I don't need to rush.

We want the vette but the other half is going back to school for a second degree so just depends on if she has any student debt when she is done. She came out the first time with none so hoping to do the same this time. If none then we will get a C7 vette if she has stuff we have to pay off it will probably be more likely we get a camaro.
