Found this site, thought I'd share.
Might run into some NWS for language in certain areas.

The thing that makes paypal's TOS legit is the fact you must go through them first. To fill out a complaint/reversal of charges.
BEFORE you goto the bank and do it.
If you goto the bank first, before paypal, you are in violation of their agreement. which is pefectly legal.
Now, if a situation arises where paypal refuses to reverse a charge... and then claims you are in violation of policy, when you goto your bank to reverse it... that IS against the law, and outside the confines of the ToS agreement.
Then you get the Attourney General involved.
The story posted on that site shows PayPal 100% correct, and the person who started the website does not understand what "Due Process is"
I see nothing wrong with what paypal has done.
And, unless you have a really good lawyer good luck proving it in court.
