1998 3.8 to ls1 harness
Hey guys finally became part of this and now I have a question. I have a 1998 I have swapped out with a ls1 and everything is done EXCEPT I haven't done the wiring harness. Can anyone tell me who has done the swap , did you just remove the old v6 harness and computer from engine bay and the few plug ins that go in under the glove box then just simply plug in the new ls harness??? or was there more than that??

Welcome to the site James. Usually the V-6 harness is much shorter than the V-8 version. Many of the receptacles will be the same or similar but the computer will definitely be different. Your best bet is to google the swap and see what you come up with. I've done a lot of 6 to 8 swap with old school muscle cars but this is outta my league.
