You can get free birth control around here. Not sure if it is federally or state funded. That still doesn't stop thousands of kids being born because people need to actually go in and get it.

Anyone who can do simple math can see the monetary benefits don't really add up. You get a couple hundred extra per month and a thousand once a year. Kids eat/grow out clothes/ add to household items etc.
