    I've been living with this crap in New Jersey for almost 55 years and I'm sick of it. This woman should have never been arrested and the state laws are totally out of line. I'm so afraid of taking my guns off my property because anything involving a gun will land you In jail. I'm moving south as soon as I can.

    She can own, buy, sell and carry a gun in almost every state except NJ. In New Jersey the constitution has parts of the first amendment and it goes right to the third amendment. NO lol on this post.

    I don't think she had been convicted of a felony (yet), ...the grassroots uproar put enough pressure on the sleazebag DA to get them to capitulate to the "pre-trial intervention" process...
