A new day of common sense in Cali??
This out of the 9th Circuit...
Law-abiding Californians may not need to justify their need to carry concealed weapons, after the same three-judge panel that struck down restrictions on the permits earlier this year ruled Wednesday that it is too late for new opponents to join the fight against the ruling.
The decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals would bar other law enforcement officials, including state Attorney General Kamala Harris, from appealing its ruling in a case originally brought by an independent journalist who sued the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department over its policy of requiring a specific reason for being allowed to carry a concealed weapon in public.

this is happening all over the country right now...the more they "politicians and nut jobs" try to control guns and limit what people can do with them, the more it will tip into the favor of pro-gun people. If you tell somebody they cant have something, they will be hell bent on having it...kind of like saying "dont look down".

I'm not holding my breath... but if Cali ever gets it's head out of it's keester on this issue, it would swing my opinion toward the other direction about the possibility of ever moving back there.

Apparently, Cali LE officials don't even trust retired LEOs to carry concealed. And with Feinstine saying that veterans are no more qualified to own/operate and AR-pattern rifle due to the "advent" (her word) of PTSD since the last conflict, veteran's should not be allowed to buy such firearms.
Now that's funny.

The Socialist State of New Jersey will fight to the very end to deny it's citizens the right to carry and to strip the second amendment from the constitution. Czar Christie and his comrades have made it impossible for legal residents in good standing with the state to exercise self defense. In a propaganda pamphlet we were told to carry a whistle to signal that we need assistance. Welcome to New Jersey.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

A lot of the idealism also comes from misinformation that is proliferated by those with the anti-gun agenda. I asked one of my California friends one day what his understanding was of the definition of an "assault" weapon. His response: automatic or semi-automatic weapon.
I didn't bother to ask him if he understood the difference, but I suspect that he thinks that "semi-auto" = burst fire.
Of course, he knows noting of pistol grips or weapons that are black in color....
