Got to the lake to go on the boat and my brother left the top off and it stormed all night. Yey for soaked seats and carpet. Now if he would just hurry up and get here with the jet skis and battery for the boat.....

Stormed here too about 2hrs ago. Put in 65 1/2hrs this week baking in heat and sun on the back of the road paver and what did I get to do on my day off? Wake at 6am to get my daughter to softball tournament by 7 to bake in the sun while they played all day to the championship (ended up in second) but was stoked they played great and it was her last one for the year. Then to the hospital to see my brother in law ( bad stroke ) then home to tend to my wife ( not what you think she got hit with a foul ball in the back of her ribs ) Now I think I've had enough of this week!!!! Time to turn in and prepare for another 60+

We went up early this morning to watch the pour. I left when the second truck was about halfway done. Everything went well, so hopefully have the rest done within a week or so.
