Run for your lives!!
Absolutely not.........
It's gonna be a table but WHAT a table.... wait and see!!!
I will be able to start it later this week once the fourth re-polished Speedline is installed.
And Jeff...... It has been a waiting game because of the atrocious winter we had with
storms and flooding everywhere but it's all on the turn now and a nice spring at the
moment so it will be getting her legs stretched, that's for sure!

haha I had to post something like that...its the first thing that came to mind! I like the table idea...i've got a table that is sitting on the wheel and tire from Dale Earnhardt Jr's car from his Pepsi 400 win @ Daytona the year his dad died. Couldnt give me any amount of money for that table...

Good to hear -- you went through quite the ordeal so now it is time to enjoy the ride.

Well I finished taking it my A/C components out of the car. Should save me a little weight. I wasn't going to but it would only blow out at the feet and defrosted. Plus I only use the car at the track so I thought might as well.
I also bought my MSD 2 step.10secWS6 If you can't swing it, then don't bring it

White- 2000 Formula
The door came off easy after removing the door panel, disconnecting the electrical harness, and feeding it through the grommet hole, leaving the wiring with the donor car. Two 15mm lower bolts and two upper 13mm hinge bolts, and the door was off. I got a god door shell, window, regulator, tracks and new window motor for $125. Now I need a passenger fender.

My new donor door. I still need a passenger fender.
There are cheap aftermarket fenders on ebay and elsewhere on the internet for about $150 or less. Are these aftermarket fenders any good? Or should I avoid them? I bought an aftermarket trunk for my 1969 Firebird back in the nineties, and it was a POS, so I sent it back, but that was 15-20 years ago. Maybe the new plastic fenders are better?
I'm looking FOR feedback on the cheap aftermarket fenders.

Some aftermarket stuff is okish and can be fiddled with enough to fit. Some of it is junk and will never look right. I'd prefer OEM anyday. You should be able to remove, install , and adjust the door with the fender on.

Washed the car and then the ups guy was nice enough to drop off my new wheels. Spent the rest of the night claying, sealing and waxing them since they are clear coated. Ordering tires tomorrow. Hopefully have them on by next week.

Drove the beast to work yesterday. Man how much I miss the nice driving weather. Got on the beltway and mashed to GO pedal about 1/2 way going 50, and the back tires broke loose. That just puts a huge smile on my face!! I cant wait to get down to frost and get her up on the dyno to get a lil more power from it.

Changed oil yesterday, checked tire pressure and drove to a store that is about 10 miles away. God, it feels good to drive this car again - its been in the garage all winter.

Until our yard dries out, no chance of getting our car out and up to the road.

Hmmm, I say go with OE stuff also. I had a fender replaced, and it waves at me if I look at it just right, on the top by the hood. I think I am the only one who notices, so I never wave back!

I jinxed myself... Possible tornados tonight and tomorrow. I'm supposed to hit a car show Saturday so hopefully it'll be gone by then. The show last weekend got rained out.
