Should make for a nice carry piece. I carry a G27 with a +1 mag.

I like sigs, and the p239 is a good gun.

...not sure what that is, ...i'm assuming a belly band of sorts?
...if you want to look into conventional belts, i'd recommend these folks A Better Belt USA. i got two of their belts fairly recently to replace my worn out carry belt... went w/ double stiching option, and their turnaround was quick!

I just got a chance to shoot it. Less recoil I expected with the .40
It shoots pretty well.
Yep, but it adds a crossbreed holster. So you can reholster it one handed.
Modular Belly Band | Crossbreed Holsters® Belly Band
They are taking them, but no processing till its final.

I've heard so many people say that the MTAC Minotaur is the best CC holster on the market. Might take a look at those. It's expensive, but you can get different outer clamshell pieces so you can adapt the holster to different guns as you buy something else.

I wear a belt pretty much anytime I carry. The added weight of the firearm alone justifies the use of the belt. Even if the gun isn't directly strapped to the belt it is still adding weight to your pants.

...you'll need a good belt suitable for carry (i recommend www.abetterbeltusa.com ), and make sure you size it properly per the instructions when ordering... you'll also need to make sure your "shorts" or whatever are big and comfortable enough to accomodate an IWB holster (generally need 1"-2" more in the waist size)...

That's why I was looking at a belly band. I never wear a belt.
In the event I wear jeans, I guess I could wear a belt.
But this is San Diego, shorts and t-shirts.
I would really hate to downgrade to a very small .380 for pocket carry.

...wear your shorts, ...with a (gun) belt !
my concerns about a bellyband would be; how good is the retention? (does it shift around); how easy is it to draw? does it feel like a brick in my drawers?
...seriously, ...there's a reason carry on the waist is recommended by virtually all self-defense professionals/trainers...
you'll have to buy clothes (generally your pants/shorts/whatever) a tad bit large and a good (gun) belt...
