Black / White- '00 T/A M6/'19 Hemi Truck
I used to live in Jacksonville and had an annual pass to Disney so I went pretty often...took my wife to Disney for the first time this past year and man she was like a big kid. She had an absolute blast...We also hit Universal and Islands of Adventure. If you like big roller coasters, the universal parks are pretty cool...did you eat a big turkey leg at Magic Kingdom? I have to get a turkey leg when I go there...also over around where they have the pirates of the Caribbean ride, Dole has an ice cream stand where they sell a pineapple vanilla ice cream that is pretty freaking good...that one ice cream stand is literally the only place I have ever found that ice cream at "I know because I've looked high and low lol".

you actually can now...you can reserve a room in the top of the castle and spend the night. Its pretty expensive, but they have the rooms setup like the older disney movies...Cinderella, Snow White, etc...they dont have many though. I think only like 3 or 4 are available.

My wife was talking last night about going again this yr. She got a little pissed when I told her not until the bird is up and running.

It's also not that glamorus, it's very small (something like 700 sq ft) and no windows you can see out of (stained glass only) and no balcony access. You're stuck inside and you're not allowed to leave the room after 9pm (the park is closed).

Been to Disney World Twice. Last time I was there the castle was dressed up like a cake. I really want to go back, but I think I'll be going to Busch Gardens and over to Daytona this year.

I was always told this park was more geared towards kids with kiddie rides so I never had the desire to go. Is that true?
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

...magic kingdom is, perhaps, oriented towards kids (although there are many rides and attractions for adults)
..some of the other parts of disney world, like epcot center, universal studios are maybe more geared toward adults... definitely a lot there to see and do for all...

Thanks. And no I didn't have the turkey leg, but I thought it was amusing watching the little kids gnawing on them.
I wanted to try the pineapple ice cream but I couldn't convince my daughter or wife to help eat it if I didn't like it.
And Yes I'd like to go back, the place is awesome. It wasn't anything like I had expected. It's really NICE. And all the parks sell adult beverages except the Magic Kingdom. $5.75 per cup and I was drinking my share.

I'll be down in Kissimmee this month for the mecum auction and spend a day over at Daytona watching the Rolex cars. I've thought about going and checking the park out, but I'd rather be at the auction or Daytona. Looks cool though

This is the best time to go if you hate long lines filled with obnoxious ppl, though some of the rides my be close.
When we go it is either during our kids spring break or in the fall. Summer just sucks.....
